All orders are priced in NZD.

New Zealand Shipping
All orders will be shipped at the earliest opportunity.  For calendars, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive.  Canvases or fine art prints will need to be ordered through the printers, please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to arrive, as each print is made to order.  Time frames will vary dependent on how busy the printshop is.
Large print orders will be supplied with a NZ Post or PBT couriers Track and Trace number upon completion of sale.  If you have any concerns regarding the delivery of your order once shipped please make direct contact with the courier company.  I am happy to help further if you contact me and provide the query number provided by the courier company.
 
International Shipping
This will need to be arranged on a case-by case basis, dependent on print order size.  Please contact MUSTER Anna Munro Photography to arrange shipping.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

Please choose your order carefully as returns/exchanges/cancellations are not accepted, and there are no refunds on items. This is because each print is made to order.

However, if there is a problem or you have a query with your order please get in touch and I will always be happy to help.

Damaged/faulty Item
If you believe your item is faulty, you must contact me as soon as possible describing the fault. I will endeavour to offer a repair, exchange or refund if the item is indeed deemed to be faulty.  If I require the goods be returned for inspection, this must be done within 10 days of contact.
